On Monday, January 6th, a powerful earthquake struck Nepal in the northern Himalayas, near Mount Everest in Tibet. We are relieved to share that all Himalayan Life projects, children, and staff remain unaffected and safe. Everyone is accounted for, and we deeply appreciate your thoughts and concerns during this time. We are especially grateful to report that the structures of the new Yangri school sustained no damage.
